“These guys were not only the cheapest, but were the best value of the estimates I got. 10-year Thermopane warranty replacement which came in less than 1/3rd the price of others. The service was fast, friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable. He fixed a window sash, a broken window, repaired a patio door screen and a window screen in about an hour. I had several windows that were fogging between the panes of glass. I thought I would have to replace the entire window. Looking on the web I found OSR. Steve contacted me the next day and came out with an estimate. A week later the glass was replaced. Our windows would not stay open. After shopping at several major home improvement stores, I was told the windows could not be repaired and had to be replaced.
